What this site collects
The site has no ads, no cookies and no third-party trackers. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage). Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and gives us aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics.
If you write to an @capivote.com address, we keep your message for up to 60 days to read and answer it, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Social media and APIs
We use the official APIs of Instagram (Meta), X and TikTok only to publish content to our own accounts and to read the comments and statistics of those accounts. We do not collect, store or sell data about other users, and we do not run ads.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@capivote.com. This applies whatever your country, including under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.
